Only a part of the touch screen not responding properly
« on: January 30, 2018, 01:33:32 PM »
Hi,

The top left part of the screen, which generally has choices for "Preset" and "User" is giving me a tough time. The "User" is easily selected but the "Preset" part takes atleast 5-10 touches before being finally selected.  There is no problem in any other part of the touch screen.

Any suggestions what is the problem and how to rectify it.

Regards

Anand

Have you tried going into the menu and calibrating the touchscreen?

For some who might want to calibrate the screen how about posting the process?  is it more than just going to the menu?

Just go to the menu and follow the on screen instructions. I believe this is covered in the reference manual on page 146.
