I'm new to the forum and hoping someone out there pin guide me
Over the last few years I have programmed in registrations of styles invoices into banks that are on a floppy drive  on my PSR 730
I will soon be upgrading to the S9 50
Is there a way to transfer the registrations and banks on my 730 to the S9 50
I'm guessing it might mean someway to convert a floppy disk to a USB drive looking for any help in guidance you all might have thank you

travlin-easy:
First, you will need access to a PC with a floppy disk drive, or purchase an inexpensive USB floppy drive. However, you will likely have to use one of Michael Bedesem's programs to convert the registrations to the S950 format.

Hope this helps,

I have been trying to convert REG's from a PSR 2000 to the PSR S950 RGT without success. I don't think there is a program doing that.
As Gary said, I used an Floppy-USB drive to copy floppies to a PC. If the extension on your keyboard is also REG instead of RGT you can more or less forget it. Even not in Murray's famous converting prog, there is no choice.
However if the extension is RGT you can load them into the 950 BUT you need quite a bit of tweaking.

One more question please
Will the ac power cord (PA6) used on the Psr 730 work on the S950 ??
Is there a smaller power adapter that can be used on the S950 in place of the bulky "brick" like PA6

THANKS

I don't think so. You'll need aPA-300C or similar In a quick research I've got this:
