Genos Guitar notes
« on: October 19, 2018, 08:55:00 AM »
Hello again,

When playing guitar type instruments if you do not fully release a key the not attack does not work, and maybe because I did not learn piano first I must be a bit lazy on the keys, so a shadows type guitar sounds like some of the notes are missing.  I'm sure this is a really nice feature for some,

Is it possible to disable this and every note sound the same please?

Thank you all,

Colin

This is actually one of the features and selling points of these keyboards - it's called super articulation, and it changes the sound depending on how you play. So playing in a very legato way removes the attack.

Not all voices support super articulation. You can tell which ones do because they have "S.Art" above the name on the main screen. You cannot stop this behaviour on S.Art voices, so if you don't like it you need to pick a voice which is not S.Art. There are some in the main preset folder, and more in the legacy voice folder.
