The video in Pierre's reply makes use of a special MFC10 MIDI template which intercepts incoming MIDI notes and uses them to trigger the functions assigned to them in the template.  The MIDI source for the notes can be anything that can send notes over MIDI, so an FCB1010 programmed to send notes will work with the MFC10 template.

However the MFC10 template is only available on Tyros models. Your PSR3000 does not have it built in, and so can't be used with a foot controller that is programmed simply to send notes as in the video.

The FCB1010 can be programmed to send MIDI system exclusive messages and control codes to trigger various keyboard functions, and there is programming software available to simplify this task.  Unfortunately the SysEx codes for some of the many functions that can be assigned to incoming notes using the MFC-10 template is not known, so you may not be able to use an FCB1010 for all functions that you were hoping to, unless you can discover the relevant data to program it to send.

People do use the FCB1010 with PSR's, so it is possible.  But it is not as straight forward as using it with the MFC10 template on a Tyros, which is what the video was about.

Regards

Ian
