Title: YEM using different user ID

I had to change my email address a while ago which is also my Music Soft User ID.
I purchased expansion packs using my Old ID and have also purchased packs using my New ID.
YEM will not allow me to create a pack install file mixing the 2 different IDs.
Has anyone got any idea how I can combine the two?

Sorted -Yamaha Support to include Music Soft have changed my ID so all my purchases are now using the same ID.
(that's the problem of me having to change my email address)

I spent the day, trying to retrieve Tyros sound packs, get YEM to work..  The user manual, tells you to go to a link if you want to use wifi - you get the 404 warning - page not available.  It wasted hours of my day..

I have about 30 UVI libraries for Falcon Virtual Instrument..  You run their app, push a button or two and you are all set.. Yamaha should take a lesson from them.  In general  I think Yamaha is great.. But their dealing with sound packs, is POOR..
