Title: playing modes

where do I find info on the different playing modes and how to set them up?

Press the Function button, then when the popup menu appears, select "style setting/split point/chord fingering. Then tab over to the Chord Fingering tab and select the fingering mode you wish to use. It will remain in the selected mode unless you decide to change it.

Remember, though, that any registration with a memorized style will set the Fingering Mode, unless you stop it with Parameter Lock.
