Title: Availability of the new PSR S975 in the US

Any idea when the new PSR S975 will be available here in the US? All of the retailers are saying coming soon, and I believe one said sometime in May. Sounds like Yamaha followed in the footsteps of their competitor Korg (PA700 & PA 1000), announcing without product availability??

I do not know why the delay. if there are only minor changes in the new model  ::)

I'm watching 3 stores for availability:

1. Sweetwater.com
2. Kraft Music
3. B&H.com

All are saying end of April or early May.

Hang on tight fella's I cannot wait myself.

I just got an email from Sweetwater that the 975 is available and they have 6+ in stock. I am sure they will all have them in stock over the next week.

Even if you go with Sweetwater or another on-line vendor, I recommend giving Frank a call at Audioworks CT first. I've purchased both an S950 and Genos from Audioworks CT -- a satisfied customer. It's worth a phone call.

Frank gigs with the gear and provides great customer support.

Ordered my S975 Yesterday from Sweetwater, shipped today, FedEx Ground, can't ******* wait!
