Dear new genos buyers.
I thought it is regular nowadays to update a device after unpacking....
But this week I got a customer NOT doing this and did his Registrations on 1.02 ...
Bringing problems for usage in future.
Please always update to actually firmware.

will the next firmware FIX the Faulty Master compressor ?
you do know it doesn t work ?

This I think is where a lot of dealers fall short by not informing there customers what to do after purchase.

My dealer always does any updates when he delivers after unpacking and setting the keyboard up, he never does the update before delivery so the customer can see the unit is brand new and has never been opened.

I don't know if all things are fixed in the next fw,,, there will be more to come :-)
But yamaha was forced to deliver earlier as they want.. also by me ...

So I do every day :-) but a lot order boxes with something inside ... no instruments playing in the shop when buying them
