Title: This is so confusing

Registered my Genos with Yamaha yesterday, have been trying to download the free Church and Christmas Expansion pack on the Yamaha Musicsoft website, then when it comes to putting in the promo code that was emailed to me after registration,  at check out  just states code not valid.

Yes kenley, the same is happening to me. I have tried multiple times but same result. My code has a "0" or an "O" in it so I have entered both in the code to see which is the right one but still not working.
