Title: Usb audio player

I have the yamaha s970 . I put about 50 MP3 songs on a 64GB flash drive. When i plug the flash drive in the audio player only shows maybe 10 of th3 MP3 files. They all play but the keyboard doesn't read the other 40 Mp3 files. What am i doing wrong ?? Help!!

Hello Reyguel. The file name must not be over 50 characters long. Try to shorten the names to see if the keyboard will read them😀

My suggestion would be to steer away from large sized USB drives. I have had issues on my 970 with seek time and delays using 64GB drives.  8GB drives work flawlessly. Get two 8GB drives and use a hub.

Just rename them with short names and they will all likely play just fine.

Hi Reyguel,
The keyboard only shows 10 songs on the screen at a time. You may need to push the p2,p3,.. for other songs to be shown. They are at buttons 2,3,... up.
