Title: More layered voices
Post by: Rondonc on November 20, 2017, 07:40:01 AM
Hi all
This is further to my Clavinova thread which actually applies to any keyboard that is limited to 2 right hand voices.
I am looking for a fairly cheap way of layering 3 or more voices, enabling a thicker sound.
I had considered having another keyboard midied up to the Clavinova or possibly a sound module.
I would be happy with keyboard idea providing it would be narrow enough to sit on the top of the Clavi.  Tyros Magic V Console would be overkill for my needs but very tempting.
If you guys have any ideas I would welcome them.
Thank you in anticipation.
Ron

Rondac,
You might consider going the vst route. You could add a small laptop and small keyboard controller.  I use the oxegon 49 and have scads of additional sounds available.

Just Route your midi to the song section
