Title: PSR Performers Section Remake
Post by: Joe W on August 26, 2017, 05:38:41 PM
Over the last several weeks I've updated and restyled the PSR Performers section and, most recently, the Archived performers (https://psrtutorial.com/perfArchive/index.html) section.  Over the years, we now have more "archived" performers than current performers.  The "current" simply means they are periodically adding songs to their page.  Anyone with no additions over three years is moved to the archive section.  Any archived performers are moved back into the "current" group if they start sending in songs again.

Reviewing and fixing these pages brought back to mind fond memories of many of these earlier performers.  There are many very talented performers in that group.  Unfortunately, several have passed on and their pages now stand as a memorial and tribute to their music.  There may be additional names in the group who are gone now and I am not aware of that.  If you are, do let me know.

There are hundreds of MP3s in those archived pages and, literally, thousands of midi files.  New visitors may want to take some time and take a look back through history.  If anyone has ideas or suggestions on how these sections can be improved, do let me know.

I think you can only modify the post after you have sent it, seems a bit strange that you cannot delete your own post from a reply, I believe only moderators and admin can delete post's

And Thank you Joe for your hard work

Thanks Del. I've only got Quote and Modify. The same goes for this one. I've had a look at some of my other posts and I can remove them.
