MP3 files not detected in PSR S770

I downloaded a song from youtube and converted to mp3.
Copied the mp3 song to USB and used with PSR s770.
The MP3 file is not detected.

Am i doing anything wrong?

Please help

Check the length of the filename on a computer and shorten if necessary.

It must be no longer than 50 characters in total, including the 4 characters for the file extension '.mp3'

Hi,

Just rename the Mp3 to something short and simple.
For example if you have a Mp3-file with the name Chris Brown - Love More (Audio) ft. Nicki Minaj...
..just rename it to Chris Brown Love More

MP3 files must be a specific format for the keyboard to recognize them: 44.1Khz, stereo, 16 bit.

That could be part of your problem.

That's more common for Wav-files, usually Mp3-files are already in 44.1Khz, stereo, 16 bit format.
