Genos Speakers out of the box failure

I connected the new speakers to my new Genos, and the right channel did not work...so no sound on the right speaker!
Switching speakers did not help, as the one on the right did not work, although the same one worked on the left.
Called Frank @ Audioworks, and he immediately sent me a new speaker set, which works great! Returned the defective set by prepaid label also sent by Frank.
Excellent customer support.

Sounds good in the living room, clear highs and I detected a slight boom from the subwoofer, but good overall sound at home.

Frank is excellent when it comes to service. If you buy from Frank you can be sure your getting the very best service and prices. He has won the favor of many, many customers including myself.  This is a good example
of service after the sale.  Lloyd
Music is the way to go
