You 're right. I'm member of the group since some time ago, but I don't follow it so much. I've seen the pics and shared them here.

At this stage it will all be speculation so I would not take it to seriously

Another photoshoped image...
Look closely at the 2 nine's on the back side of this "modified S970".
Fact one: The circle of 2 nine's looks so different (even without zooming this pic).
Fact two: The alignment of the 2 digits is not accurate...
Another fake info... IMHO.

It seems we are going around in a loop with the Psr's numbers and the Psr 980 or 1000 will be the next successor one  :)

Maybe, but they did go from S900 to 910 than then jump to 950, then no x60 and on to x70. Eventually, they'll run out of numbers and have to change the prefix letter!
It's not what you play, it's not how you play. It's the fact that you're playing that counts.

Hmmm... If the successors of the PSR S670-770-970 inherit some features of the Genos then Yamaha might completely change the name of the PSR S line of keyboards, dont you think?

Regards,

Vinciane.
Past keyboards: PSR E313, PSR E413, PSR E433, PSR S550, DGX 640, upright piano.
Now: DGX 650

Now that might not be such a bad thing as the successor to the PSRS970; a baby Geno's :)
For those futurists who do not want to shell out for the Top of the line Geno's you could have some fun with its offspring  ;D if you don't mind some compromise.
