CVP-709 - purchasing jazz songs
« on: November 29, 2016, 03:56:40 PM »
Im am a 58-year old Dutch classical pianist (level: easier Chopin nocturnes) who replaced his acoustic piano with a CVP-709 in March 2016 and now plays tens times as often - and mainly jazz music! I have tried in vain to find songs similar in playing difficulty, arrangement and functionality (screen score for two hands) to the ten or so good jazz songs built into my CVP-709. I was able to locate some bundle of six jazz songs in the Yamaha shop, but for unclear legal reasons it won't be sold in The Netherlands. I simply wish to spend money on new, additional jazz songs! The Yahama shop mainly offers cheesy German schlager songs and an odd palatable song with however only a one-handed melody. I am a newbie and possibly missing a lot of possibilities. I am afraid I cannot offer much i return for your suggestions. CVP players in my own country are even more welcome to reply. Thanks anyway for your help! Regards, Arnoud
