Rex files as Multipads
« on: August 06, 2016, 09:28:29 AM »
Hello!  :)
With the new YAM I imported some REX files with music loops. This worked as a breeze.
I can with the SELECT button in Multipad Pad Control open any of the REX files on the first of the four buttons.
But how to create a full four button multipad with the REX files?
Audio Link Multipad seems to be the way but is only allowed with WAV-files.
Any experience in this area would be highly appreciated.

You should be able to copy one REX Multi Pad into another Multi Pad bank.

1. Select your "source" Multi Pad, press" EDIT" then "COPY" the Pad...

2. now navigate to the Pad you want to copy too... Select the Pad... then "EDIT" and "PASTE" into the PAD button of your choice...

3.  SAVE.

This is how Pads from different MPs can be combined into a single Multi Pad Bank.

Thank you, Joe.
This is exact the way to make this work.  :)
