Is it possible to add waves in to the PSR-A2000 ?

Hi , I am wondering if there is a way to add my own percussion samples in to the PSR-A2000 ? is it possible ? coz this is the only reason that I am hesitating to buy the keyboard , please any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.

No i do believe you can do this with the A2000

oh I see , so there is No way to add a percussion samples , even with a third part software , what I mean , if there is a third part program or software that can add these samples in to the ROM as a part of the drum set !

I have the Yamaha PSR A2000 I play oriental Arabic music, I downloaded a new expansion pack ( Magreb ) no problems but I am trying to load some new styles from other sources i.e Korg Pa3x but will have it!

If you know how please let me know

hello every body
you can use yamaha expansion voice editor program and use wave file to create your own expansion. and then use the pack voice for creating your own multipads.

There has been a lot of interest on this topic. Some people have been working on a YEP editor.  As mentioned there is a Yamaha Expansion Voice Editor, but I haven't determeined if you can create a YEP with only custom Voices or if there has to be styles included in the YEP file.
